For California residents.
This notice supplements Northgate™’s Privacy Policy and describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, CCPA/CPRA). It is published separately for residents whose rights are clearest when written plainly and in one place.

I · Notice at collection
What we collect.
When you visit northgatetalent.com or submit a form, Northgate collects the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers. Name, email address, telephone number, and (for landing-page submissions) state of residence.
Professional information. Specialty, role, employer name if you share it, and the substance of any note you send the firm.
Internet and network activity. IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and time on page. Collected through Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Apollo.io.
No sensitive personal information is collected. No financial account numbers, government IDs, biometric data, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or similar categories.
II · Your rights
What you can ask of us.
Right to know. You may request a copy of the personal information Northgate™ holds about you, the categories collected, the sources, the business purpose, and any third parties with whom it has been shared.
Right to delete. You may request that Northgate™ delete personal information collected from you, subject to retention obligations imposed by law.
Right to correct. You may request that Northgate™ correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Northgate™ does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of. If this changes, this notice will be revised and an opt-out mechanism will be added.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Northgate™ does not collect sensitive personal information as the CCPA/CPRA defines it. There is nothing to limit.
Right of non-discrimination. Northgate™ will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
III · How to exercise these rights
In writing.
Send a written request to [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or by post to the address at the bottom of this page. Tell us which right you wish to exercise and the email address or phone number you used when you contacted the firm.
Northgate™ will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond substantively within forty-five days, with a one-time extension of up to ninety days where the request requires additional time to verify or fulfill.
Identity verification is required before Northgate™ will disclose, correct, or delete personal information. Verification is performed by matching the information you provide in the request against the records held by the firm. You may also authorize an agent to act on your behalf, in which case Northgate™ will verify both your identity and the agent’s authority.
IV · We do not sell personal information
For the record.
Under the CCPA/CPRA definitions of “sale” and “share,” Northgate™ does not sell personal information to third parties and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Northgate™ honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal while you visit northgatetalent.com, Northgate treats it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the session.
Information shared with service providers (Google for Analytics, LinkedIn for the Insight Tag, Apollo.io, hosting and email infrastructure) is shared only under contracts that prohibit those providers from using the information for their own commercial purposes.
V · Authorized agents and minors
Two notes.
Authorized agents. A California resident may designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. Northgate™ requires the agent to present signed written authorization from the resident and may also ask the resident to verify their identity directly.
Minors. Northgate™’s services are directed to licensed professionals and adult institutional representatives. Northgate™ does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen and does not sell or share the personal information of minors.
